Hamilton Aquatics is looking for an organised and customer-focused Member Happiness Executive (Competitions) to join our team. This role is responsible for providing efficient and accurate administrative support for all squad competitions, ensuring a smooth and positive competition experience for swimmers and their families.

Working closely with coaches, event organisers, swimmers, and parents, you will ensure competition entries, meet information, deadlines, and communications are managed professionally and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the administration of all squad competitions, ensuring deadlines, timelines, documentation, and processes are managed accurately.
• Support coaches with competition and UAE Swimming Federation entries using Meet Manager, Hy-Tek, and Hamilton Aquatics' bespoke systems.
• Manage clear and timely competition communications with swimmers, parents, coaches, and event organisers.
• Act as the first responder to competition-related enquiries and complaints, documenting, escalating, and following up when required.
• Support competition logistics, including team information, withdrawals, payments, accreditations, and results.
• Represent Hamilton Aquatics professionally at competitions and events, consistently demonstrating the organisation’s values.
• At peak times, assist MHE Squads members by ensuring prompt responses to queries received via phone, email, and WhatsApp, handling central communications when required.
• Assist with the booking process and follow up with potential customers who have not yet confirmed.
• Cover the MHE Squads position during annual leave or periods of absence.

Other Duties

• Carry out any tasks assigned by Senior Management to ensure smooth operations.
• Attend all competitions with the coaching team and act as a Team Manager, supporting coaches, logistics, communications, and safeguarding.
• Take on additional responsibilities related to the role as needed.
