Job Description:

ESM is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QHSE Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding and evaluating third-party camp and academy providers, ensuring they adhere to organisational regulations, standards, and local laws relevant to the education and sporting environment. You will enforce compliance, conduct quality and safety audits, and provide recommendations to the internal compliance team and stakeholders.

Key Objectives

  • Manage and enforce effective legal compliance, in line with organisation regulations, standards, and local laws.
  • Conduct quality assurance audits of third-party providers, tracking, documenting, and reporting on quality, health, safety and compliance levels, and creating action plans with improvement actions.
  • Compile reports on the results of third-party provider audits and present reports to the Line Manager.
  • Analyse compliance reports for third-party providers and make necessary updates or recommendations to the compliance team.
  • Assess the effectiveness and adequacy of the third-party provider's compliance standards.
  • Assist stakeholders including third-party providers, internal senior management, government associations, and commercial partners in effectively performing daily operations.
  • Work with the finance team to track and prevent bad debtors in line with internal payment policy.
  • Travel locally and internationally as and when required.

Set of Required Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours

Desired Qualifications

  • NEBOSH IGC/NGC/Diploma, IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent
  • UAE Driving Licence

Desired Experience

  • Proven experience in a Compliance role
  • Proven experience in Health & Safety and Quality Assurance auditing
  • Proven experience in relationship management and customer service

Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations and international best practice
  • Ability to write and review safety documents such as Risk Assessments and Operating Procedures
  • High level of IT skills including CRM systems
  • High proficiency in written and verbal English
  • Excellent customer service skills
